You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason. You do not need to explain why, and downloading the Artist Pack does not remove this guarantee. Contact us with the email used at checkout and your order number if available.
Delivery, billing, and product problems
Regardless of the money-back guarantee, please contact us if you were charged more than once for the same order, payment succeeded but access could not be delivered after reasonable troubleshooting, the downloaded archive is corrupted and we cannot replace it, or the paid product materially differs from the product description shown at purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
How to request help or a refund
Email support@baybayintranslate.com with the email used at checkout, approximate purchase date, order number if available, and a description of the problem. Do not send full card details or identity documents. We aim to respond within three business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are submitted through the provider shown on your receipt (Creem or Waffo Pancake) to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary and may take several business days. That provider may also handle payment disputes and refunds as merchant of record.
