When a refund is available
Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if you were charged more than once for the same order, payment succeeded but access could not be delivered after reasonable troubleshooting, the downloaded archive is corrupted and we cannot replace it, or the paid product materially differs from the product description shown at purchase.
Change-of-mind requests
Because the Tattoo Artist Pack is generated and made available immediately after payment, a completed and successfully delivered download is generally not refundable solely because you changed your mind, changed the phrase, or decided not to get the tattoo. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
How to request help or a refund
Email support@baybayintranslate.com with the email used at checkout, approximate purchase date, order number if available, and a description of the problem. Do not send full card details or identity documents. We aim to respond within three business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are submitted through Creem to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary and may take several business days. Creem may also handle payment disputes and refunds as merchant of record.
