Information you enter into the tools
Baybayin translation and tattoo artwork are generated in your browser. Free tool inputs remain in your browser. When you start a paid checkout, we preserve your supplied spelling, selected style, and tone to restore the design after payment and through your private recovery link. For Creem checkout, these details are sent as order metadata and may be returned in order and webhook records. For Waffo Pancake checkout, the design is stored in our database and Waffo receives an opaque order reference. Do not enter sensitive personal information into a design.
Payments and order records
Payments are processed by the merchant-of-record provider shown at checkout (Creem or Waffo Pancake). That provider collects the buyer information and payment details needed to complete the transaction, issue receipts, handle tax, refunds, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
We retain limited order identifiers, product identifiers, payment status, and webhook records so that we can verify access, prevent duplicate processing, and respond to refunds or disputes.
Cloudflare provides an IP-based country code for Artist Pack pricing. Our checkout record stores that country code, the price shown, the amount reported as charged, and the checkout outcome to check pricing and resolve payment issues. The checkout record does not store your IP address.
Technical information
Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request headers, browser information, timestamps, and security logs to serve the website and protect it from abuse. Essential security cookies may be set by Cloudflare, the checkout provider, or the browser during checkout. We count tattoo-page visits, customized previews, views of the purchase offer, purchase clicks, checkout creation and redirect attempts, payment-return checks, and download actions or failures in daily totals to understand where the purchase flow needs improvement. Redirect attempts do not confirm that the external checkout loaded. These counters contain only an event name, day, and count, with no design text or visitor identifier. The browser skips these events when Do Not Track is enabled; server checkout-creation counters also honor that preference. Essential payment verification and order records remain necessary to deliver purchases. A checkout identifier and its first confirmation date are retained to avoid counting a payment twice. We do not currently use advertising cookies or sell personal information.
How information is used and shared
We use information to provide the website, verify purchases, deliver digital files, maintain security, comply with law, and provide customer support. We share information only with service providers that perform those functions, when legally required, or to protect users and the service. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and your choices
We retain records only as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal compliance. You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you, subject to records we must retain. Contact support@baybayintranslate.com.
Children and changes
The paid service is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
