Information you enter into the tools
Baybayin translation and tattoo artwork are generated in your browser. Your source phrase is not stored in our order database. When checkout begins, we send Creem a one-way design reference together with the product being purchased; that reference cannot be used to reconstruct your phrase.
Payments and order records
Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant-of-record provider. Creem collects the buyer information and payment details needed to complete the transaction, issue receipts, handle tax, refunds, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
We retain limited order identifiers, product identifiers, payment status, and webhook records so that we can verify access, prevent duplicate processing, and respond to refunds or disputes.
Technical information
Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request headers, browser information, timestamps, and security logs to serve the website and protect it from abuse. Essential security cookies may be set by Cloudflare, Creem, or the browser during checkout. We do not currently use advertising cookies or sell personal information.
How information is used and shared
We use information to provide the website, verify purchases, deliver digital files, maintain security, comply with law, and provide customer support. We share information only with service providers that perform those functions, when legally required, or to protect users and the service. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and your choices
We retain records only as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal compliance. You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you, subject to records we must retain. Contact support@baybayintranslate.com.
Children and changes
The paid service is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
